Redesign the write a review page for Sitejabber. Make a user flow comfortable and guide them to complete or skip the optional step.

Summary
The main idea of the new design is to logically group the information. I divide the information into three parts(write a review, additional information, and personal information), which will reduce the cognitive load and make the form user-friendly.
During the design, I analyzed competitors and best practices of write a review page. I did a few iterations of the design and got feedback.
Rating Scale
It is a value of 1 to 5. Review credibility was “Low”, “Medium”, “Above average”, “Useful”, and “Very useful”.

Add a button "SKIP" on the top, so that users know they can skip the additional step.
