
Influencer Rewards Program
Overview
Sitejabber is a website for consumers to find trustworthy online businesses and avoid scams. My task was to design an Influencer Rewards Program for the site to retain loyal users; to attract new users to Sitejabber to sign up for accounts; and to write reviews and help promote them, leading to an increasing number of loyal users.

Summary
This page will showcase the loyalty rewards program offered by the Influencer Rewards Program and guide users to complete sign-up requirements when signing up.

User Research
To better understand the needs of our users, we have adopted user interviews and an online survey of loyal Sitejabber users aged 21-40, those who are interested in sharing their personal online shopping experiences.
Common Pain Points:

The scheme is too complicated and the terms and conditions are unclear

Key Features
Based on Sitejabber design requirements and understanding of the users' pain points, we have set out the initial core functionality.

Show the value of the rewards early on at the top of the page and direct users to click through to read more details to entice them to participate in the loyalty program.
Iterate:
💡 I designed around 3 variations for how to display the benefits. During the usability testing stages, I realized that the users liked to see the real pictures, so I added the pictures on hover.

Easy Registration Process
The core function of the page is to guide users through the process of registering an account with Sitejabber and completing the required participation requirements. Therefore, the conditions for participation are strategically placed in the registry, with links to guide users to complete them.




Reflection
This project was heavily focused on the development of a viable loyalty program. Our process incorporated a number of business considerations and approaches, but not enough attention to the user. I fought for extra time to collect content and requirements from the client and still delivered the best design in time with tight deadlines.
Since this project, we have seen a significant increase in the registration number and comments number on our website.
